Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

LujiziFoto is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for automating companies’ administrative and financial processes. The service includes:

• Automated issuance of electronic invoices
• Intelligent bank reconciliation
• Financial dashboards and custom reports
• Document management and automated workflows

Important: LujiziFoto does NOT provide financial consulting, investment, trading, or any other regulated financial services. The platform is exclusively a software tool for administrative management.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the LujiziFoto platform, the user fully accepts these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

3. Registration and Account

In order to use LujiziFoto, you must:

• Be the owner or legal representative of an Italian company
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your access credentials
• Immediately notify of any unauthorized access

The user is responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Available Plans:

• Basic: €49/month
• Pro: €149/month
• Enterprise: Custom pricing

4.2 Trial Period: All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial.

4.3 Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are charged automatically by credit card or bank transfer.

4.4 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, unless cancelled.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation: The user may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.2 Refunds: Payments already made are non-refundable, except as provided by Italian consumer protection law.

5.3 Account Deletion: In case of account deletion, data will be retained for the period required by law and then deleted.

6. Acceptable Use

The user undertakes NOT to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Upload illegal, defamatory, or offensive content
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Use the platform for fraudulent activities
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the LujiziFoto platform belong to DIGITAL SKILLS AUTHORITY UK LTD. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the platform.

Data uploaded by the user remains their property. LujiziFoto claims no rights over user content.

8. Service Availability

LujiziFoto undertakes to guarantee 99.5% uptime annually. The following are excluded from this commitment:

• Scheduled maintenance (notified with at least 48 hours’ notice)
• Force majeure events
• Interruptions due to third parties (e.g., internet providers)

9. Limitation of Liability

LujiziFoto provides the platform "as is" without any warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last year

IMPORTANT: LujiziFoto is a software tool for administrative management. We do not provide financial, accounting, or tax advice. Users are responsible for the correct interpretation and use of the data generated by the platform.

10. Changes to the Terms

LujiziFoto reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the law of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom legal system.
